We ask that you dress in a semi-formal attire avoiding the colors white, navy blue, and maroon.
We prefer a kid-free wedding. It will personally be a lot less stressful with children limited from the wedding. However, because some children are in the wedding itself, we cannot say no kids entirely. It should be noted that children will not have a meal or seat at the wedding due to limited budget and space at the venue. It should also be noted that if children do attend they are expected to be on their absolute best behavior, meaning no screaming, crying, whining, running around, causing a distraction, or having any type of electronics or tablets out during our ceremony and dances. Children also must leave the venue no later than 8PM to allow the adults to have child-free time. If you do not abide by these rules, there is a pond outside and I hope your child knows how to swim.
During our ceremony and first dance, we ask that you please put your electronic devices away. We paid a lot of money to hire an amazing photographer and videographer to capture all the special moments that will be shared with you. We would love to see your faces not shoved in a screen!
You will have a choice between a broccoli cheddar stuffed chicken entree or a grilled beef tenderloin entree. Both entrees come with a side of pasta primavera, fresh green beans, and pasta salad. There is a selection option on the RSVP page with a drop down option to make your selection. This selection is a permanent selection and your seating card will dictate which choice you made to ensure everyone receives the correct meal. Please remember that if you chose to bring children, there will not be an option to RSVP food for them and we will not be providing a meal for them.
