Our Story

Nothing Says Romance Like the Walmart Pharmacy

Before Zeb and I ever met, I worked with and became friends with his cousins, Sallyanne and Lindsey. The first story I heard about him was about when he was a baby they would put his arms in toilet paper rolls so he couldn't pull off his glasses. We eventually met for the first time when I interviewed Zeb for his job as a pharmacy technician. I thought he had an impressive vocabulary. He says he thought I was cool. One day I talked about getting married at Taco Bell, a dream of mine since 2017 when the Taco Bell Cantina in Las Vegas started hosting weddings. I wanted to go to Ohio for the honeymoon because there were several locations that still had the chili cheese burrito on the menu. Zeb said he would go with me, and I thought, he's so nice. Fast forward to a year later when we had our first date. We made scones and watched bad Hallmark Christmas movies. Many dates later I was looking for my water bottle and discovered old chicken wing bones from 7/11 under the drivers side seat of Zeb's car and knew he was the one. In August of 2026 Zeb proposed to me beside the Deschutes River in Bend, Oregon while his brother Jordan stood barefoot behind a tree so he could connect with the earth. We both cried and then all three of us went out to celebrate with beer and tacos, then later pasta and espresso martinis. Of the many, many reasons I love Zeb, it was his ability to see me, the sad girl listening to Desolation by Imminence every day on the way to work, and surprise me by being one of the most genuine and caring people I've ever met. He has the ability to make me feel safe and secure by being attentive to my inner child. He is surprising and funny and makes me laugh every single day. He exudes a silliness and vulnerability that allows me to be the softest version of myself. I never imagined I was worthy of such a love. There is no other person I could imagine going through life with or eating Taco Bell with at least 6 times a week. I am excited to celebrate our love with you and can't wait to make many memories along the way.
