Will the reception and ceremony be at the same location?

Answer

Yes! Both the reception and ceremony will take place at Emerald Ridge Farm 161 Greenridge Rd Weaverville, NC 28787

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We have 5 hotels with rooms blocked off for you to choose from on our travel page. There is also an abundance of Airbnb/Vrbo options in the Asheville/Weaverville area.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There will be a gravel lot to park in and a golf cart shuttle for assistance.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No, but Uber and Lyft are very popular in this area so there should be no issue finding a ride. Carpooling is Smiled upon :)

Will the reception and ceremony be indoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors and the reception will take place in a covered barn, however, there is a plan B in place in case of inclement weather.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dancing shoes are a must ;) Semi formal attire ~ the ceremony will take place outdoors so there will be some walking in grass/gravel so please plan shoes accordingly.

Does the venue supply highchairs and/or booster seats?

Answer

The venue has 1 highchair and 2 booster seats in their inventory for guests to use.
