We have created a dedicated FAQs page to answer all of the essential questions our guest may have – from timelines to dress codes and hotel accommodations. Question

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

Both our ceremony and reception will be taking place at October Oaks Farm located at 2709 County Road 776, Webster, Florida 33597. Due to majority of our families being located both Hillsborough and Citrus County we decided on a convenient location in the middle of both counties. For those traveling out of state or who simply want to stay closer to the venue, we have reserved a block of rooms at the Holiday Inn just 20 minutes away from our venue. More details on hotel accommodations are listed below. *Please note the ceremony will be outdoors with a reception to follow indoors. Question

Where can we stay if we are staying out of town?

Answer

We have arranged a block of rooms be reserved for those of you choosing to stay at a hotel for a cheaper group rate. We have been fortunate enough to get assistance from our cousin Charlotte Kan, who is a professional travel agent and coordinating both our hotel accommodations for our guest and our honeymoon! Please note, due to the location of our venue the nearest hotel is still 20 minutes from our venue. We encourage those who would like to stay at the nearest hotel to contact Charlotte to make those arrangements. Please note, Charlotte also gets a discounted group rate as perks of being a travel agent, so by making arrangements through her you will be allowing for a more budget friendly experience as oppose to booking on your own. What should I wear?

Answer

Our dress code is as followed: Cocktail attire/Semi Formal is encouraged, please bring your dancing shoes! But Seriously, Our venue is partially outdoors with grassy soft walking areas, the bride has chosen to avoid heels as this may make for a hard time walking around the venue! Wedges or flats are recommended, but wear what you feel most comfortable in!

Is there on site parking?

Answer

Yes! When you arrive at our venue you will see signs for parking once you follow the entrance road. For photography reasons, the parking is located towards the beginning of the venue and out of site for photos. Upon parking, you will be greeted by one of the on staff employees who will be transporting guest in a 12 seated golf cart so you don't have a far walk! As for our handicap and older guest, you may also be personally transported in an individual golf cart directly to your seat! The reception is in the same location so your car will be parked in the same location for the entire event!

Are kids and plus ones welcome?

Answer

We welcome guest of all shapes and sizes! We would love to see your precious little ones smiling faces on our big day. Please keep in mind our venue is on a large open property surrounded by woods. There is also a small pond near the barn, it is crucial that all children are supervised at all times. As for plus ones, we have worked really hard to create an intimate celebration that includes all of our closest family and friends, please respectfully stick to the number of guest listed on your RSVP card. Your party is also available on our website to RSVP for via last name.

How do we RSVP?

Answer

You should have received an RSVP card displaying our wedding website and the number of seats we have reserved in your honor. Please go over to the RSVP tab on our website and simply type in your last name. Your party will be available to RSVP either individually or as a whole group. Please RSVP by December 12th.

Do you have a registry?

Answer

We do! We love adventure, therefore we have linked several excursions we would love to go on during our honeymoon! Link is under the registry tab! Thank you!
