The ceremony will be held at the outdoor courtyard at Blue Heron at 4:30pm. Cocktail hour will follow from 5pm-6pm in the Heron Room. The reception will also be in the Heron Room from 6pm-10:30pm.
To RSVP, click the RSVP tab and type in the name(s) listed on your envelope. Kindly RSVP before Saturday, August 2nd. If you are unable to attend, we would really appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. Any RSVPs received after August 2nd will be marked as 'decline' as we will be sending a final headcount to vendors shortly after the deadline - you will be missed!
Yes, there is a parking lot located at Blue Heron Event Center. You may park in any available spot. Vehicles are allowed to be parked over night but must be picked up by the next morning.
We have reserved a block of rooms at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Medina by IHG. Please be sure to call (330) 722-6006 to reserve a room. Reservations must be made by September 20th.
We'd love to see our friends and family dress up with us - business casual/cocktail style. No jeans please! The ceremony will be held outdoors, so please plan accordingly.
Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate everyone's children at our wedding. We hope that you will take this as an opportunity to let your hair down and enjoy the evening with us!
We can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. For example, your envelope would list "(your name) & Guest" or "The (your last name) family". When you go to RSVP, you will be able to see the exact number of people you can RSVP for.
The ceremony will be starting promptly at 4:30 PM, we recommend guests arrive 15-20 minutes before so there is time to mingle and find a seat. If you happen to be late, our coordinator will let you know if they are still allowing guests in or if you will need to wait until the ceremony is over. If that happens, you will still be able to attend the reception, so hang tight and we will see you there!
We will provide a full open bar during cocktail hour and the reception with spirits, beer, cocktails and wine. However we request you drink responsibly.
In order to ensure we are all fully present, we will be having an "unplugged" ceremony. We request your phones be off/silent during this time. We have hired an incredible photo and video crew to capture our special day. We'll be happy to share photos upon request. After the ceremony, we encourage you to take as many photos as you would like!
