The dress code is semi-formal — we ask guests to dress up for the occasion. Women should plan to wear a cocktail dress, elegant jumpsuit, or dressy skirt. Men should wear suits or a sport coat with dress pants (tie optional). Please no jeans or casual wear.
Our ceremony will begin at 5:30 PM. We kindly ask that you arrive by 5:00 PM so everyone is seated on time.
There is plenty of onsite parking available for all guests! Venue staff will greet you upon arrival, guide you to the designated parking area, and provide shuttle service to the entrance. At the end of the evening/when you’re ready to leave, staff will shuttle you back to your vehicle.
Castle Ladyhawke is in a secluded location and uber/taxi service isn’t available near them. If you need a ride, consider coordinating with other guests. Guests can leave cars overnight if necessary by making arrangements with the event manager.
There are several hotels and Airbnbs a short drive away if you’d like to stay overnight, including The Bear Lake Reserve (10% discount for wedding guests; 2-night minimum). Other nearby options: Hotel Sylva, Comfort Inn, Best Western
If you received a plus one, your guest’s name is listed on your invitation. Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding an intimate event with our closest friends and family. Thank you for understanding!
If you do not RSVP by August 1st, you will be marked as “not attending.” We would love celebrating with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP’s.
The ceremony will be outdoors if weather permits. Dinner will be held indoors, and the reception will be a mix of indoor and outdoor spaces.
Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you. We have waited a long time for this day so please party accordingly!
