Amber: It was 2018 and I had recently moved to a new city for a great opportunity with my daughter. At the beginning of the year I told my best friend that I was going to get engaged by the end of the year, however at the time of this declaration I was single having gotten out of a serious relationship late 2017. I had used Bumble, a dating application, for the past few years for dating and decided to continue to use it in the new location. I went on a couple of dates but was having no luck until June 23 occurred and I swiped right on Yoshio. We struck up a conversation over the app, which went very well. He asked me to meet in person that day. I asked could we meet the next day instead and he agreed. We met at a local french restaurant, although I was late he waited for me to arrive. Our first date lasted all day and I was excited to see what was to come. He has demonstrated from that day his loyalty, commitment to family, loving and genuine nature. Yoshio: My best friend met her fiance, now husband, on Bumble and suggested that I get on Bumble too, since I was not meeting quality people out and about. So, I swiped right on my now fiancee and we matched. I wasn't 100% sure that she would send me a message but lo and behold she did! After speaking with her I suggested we meet in person and she agreed. We met for brunch at the french restaurant, once she walked in I knew she was special. I knew that because she actually looked like her pictures and she was so incredible in every form, I knew that I couldn't just let her walk away. We spent the day together and a lot of the evening. I couldn't wait to see her again and my brother suggested I invite her over for the Fourth of July and I haven't looked back since.
