Are children welcome?

Answer

Yes, you may bring your kiddos if listed on the invitation, we have a limited guest count. Please note, highchairs will not be provided. Be advised, you are asked to ensure your own child’s safety at all times! Our event is being held in a state park with direct, unblocked access to a large body of water. There are no safety/security staff on duty. There is an outdoor playground/jungle gym adjacent to the venue. Reception music may not be considered PG or child-friendly after a certain time.

Can we BYOB?

Answer

Yes, you may bring any food or drink you like. NOTE: Due to our venue being on public land, we are only allowed alcohol inside the private building. No containers that appear to contain alcohol in them are allowed outside of the physical building. This includes; beer bottles/cans, seltzer cans, liquor/wine bottles and the like. We will have disposable “glasswear” available for refreshments.

Are there accommodations?

Answer

The majority of our guests are local, we did not schedule a room block. Our home is in Conroe and the Venue is 25 minutes north in Huntsville. The state park however, does offer tent camping, screened shelter camping and RV sites right down the trail. You can book via tpwd.texas.gov/state-parks/huntsville
