We have used Cabo Airport Shuttle in the past. The webpage is linked below. Hacienda Encantada offers six transportation options from the airport to the resort: • Shared Shuttle: $26 USD per person. • Private Suburban: $140 USD for 1 to 5 people. • Private Escalade: $190 USD for 1 to 5 people. • Private Hiance: $135 USD for 7 to 10 people. • Private Sprinter: $190 USD, minimum 11 people, maximum 17 people. http://store.haciendaencantada.com/transportation You can also get a taxi when you land but it is nice to have someone ready to go upon your arrival and not negotiate price in person.
