Please respond by March 1, 2026. Under the RSVP tab, just type one of the names from your invitation envelope to pull up RSVP information for all in your party. If your plans change post-RSVP, please communicate with Amber and Suzanne.
We don't have a traditional registry (we've been together for 10 years and have a fully stocked apartment). We don't expect guests to gift us anything, but we do appreciate money that will go towards our plans to purchase a car and our first home or sentimental, personal gifts for those wishing to give.
Please arrive at 4 PM. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30 PM to keep with our schedule.
Yes! Officially, the dress code is Garden Party Cocktail. Traditional cocktail attire is perfect, but if you want to play up to the theme, we recommend spring colours and flowy garments. Calgary in the spring can get chilly and the ceremony will be outside, so check the weather and plan your outfit accordingly. You're welcome to change into something more comfortable for the after party.
In keeping with the venue cap, only guests addressed on invitations are able to attend the ceremony and dinner at Lougheed House. However, we welcome a plus for the after party - please reach out to Amber or Suzanne for more information.
As we will be going from dinner to the after party, it would be best for young children to stay home. Thank you for understanding!
Those to first arrive are welcome to park in the Lougheed House parking lot off 14 Avenue and leave their vehicle there overnight. There is additional free and paid parking on the street around the venue which is free and unlimited at 6 PM on Saturday and all of Sunday. However, with the after party venue in walking distance, we suggest taking a taxi or Uber or walking to the venue.
We didn't want to do the traditional reception so opted to party with friends and family at the nearby Last Best Brewing & Distilling after our ceremony and dinner. We ask all guests who are with us at Lougheed House to also join us for our party, where you'll see some new faces, grab a drink (or two) from the cash bar and enjoy late night snacks (provided by us).
