In the beginning there was pizza! No seriously this all came together over pizza! This lovely couple met August 11th 2012 when Amber decided to have one of her infamous house parties. Shawn came as a guest with a friend who was one of Ambers coworkers and was actually there to play wingman and meet someone else. In true Amber fashion, she was running late when the pizza arrived and she asked who was there already and could sign for it. There were a few responses and someone said "Sean is here", thinking it was her good girl friend Sean, she said to let Sean sign for it. To Ambers surprise when she came out to greet her guests, her friend Sean was nowhere to be found and I'm sure Shawn was just as lost as to why he was the one to get to sign for the delivery. This is where she first met Shawn and neither of them knew where that day would lead them 11 years later. They went on to get to know each other that night and discovered they had quite a few things in common, including sharing the same birthday. Amber's a few years older than Shawn but shhhh he actually likes cougars. Though they didn't start dating then, they kept in touch over the years and their time finally came August of 2016, after that, the rest is history!

After spending the afternoon having lunch with her sister and sister-in-law, Shawn surprised Amber with her closest family and friends and got down on one knee and asked the infamous question of "Will You Marry Me?". It was one of the happiest days of their lives and the smile Shawn was wearing that day Amber will never forget. He didn't realize it at the time, but it was 11 years and 1 day after they first met at the house party. In that moment we realized that everything comes full circle including love if you just wait on it. We're so excited to share and celebrate this next chapter in our lives with all of our guests!
