Question

What should I wear?

Answer

The wedding is Black Tie Optional. Men should wear tuxedoes or suits, women should wear cocktail dresses or gowns. Please do not wear white (unless you're the bride).

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

This is an adults-only event. Please do not bring guests under the age of 18 to the wedding.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

There will be an RSVP card alongside your invitation. Please return this to the marked address at your earliest convience.

Please RSVP by October 1st, 2021

Should I wear a mask?

Answer

Depending on the condition of the pandemic, masks may be required in the venue. Plan to bring one, but hope you won't have to wear it!

Do I have to get vaccinated to attend the wedding?

Answer

Shaun and Amber are not requiring vaccines for their wedding. While getting vaccinated is highly encouraged, your medical business is none of our business.

Will there be a shuttle from the hotel to the venue?

Answer

No, please use your own transportation or carpool with others.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 6pm, please be seated in the chapel by 5:55pm.

I have dietary restrictions (allergies, vegan, vegetarian)

Answer

The RSVP card has a blank for filling in dietary restrictions. Please reach out to Amber if you forgot to fill this out.

Can I bring outside food to the venue?

Answer

Unfortunately outside food is not allowed at Ashton Gardens. Please do not bring outside food in order to avoid violating contract.

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes! We will have 4 hours of open bar and we have added non-alcoholic beer to the menu. Drink and be merry!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is a large parking lot with plenty of space. Since the ceremony and reception are on the same property, you will only need to park once!
