We're Getting Married!

Shanden first moved to Pembroke in 2000 and began attending Bangert Elementary School at the start of his 5th grade year where Amber had been enrolled since kindergarten. After meeting up for an impromptu roast session at the neighborhood park, the two became friends. Their friendship would continue to grow through their time at H.J MacDonald Middle School where Shanden played football and Amber was a cheerleader. After dating off and on through High School and College they ultimately decided that maintaining a friendship was their best option. In the Summer of 2016 the two decided to give their relationship another chance and welcomed their first child Kalia Coleman in the Fall of 2017. Shanden popped the question on Kalia's first birthday while opening gifts in the home the couple shared. Amber and Shanden will be tying the knot near their hometown where their love story began.
