What is important to know?

Hotel check-in is at 4:00 pm, and the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm. A complimentary shuttle service is provided between the resort and the ceremony site; the shuttle starts at 3:30 pm. A block of rooms has been reserved for our guests. We encourage booking early if you plan to stay on property. Reservations for the Hester-McDonough Wedding are available to reserve from April 02, 2027 - April 04, 2027. If you would like to reserve a room outside of the dates listed, please call Central Reservations at 866-921-0422 ext. 2. and mention the Hester-McDonough group stay. A deposit of one-night room and tax is charged at time of on-line reservation. You must cancel your reservation 7 days prior to the day of arrival to avoid the penalty of one-night room and tax charged to your credit card.

What are the details for the afterparty?

Answer

You must be a registered guest at the Grand Cascades Lodge, be 21+, and provide an additional RSVP of yes. Continue celebrating with us from 11:00 pm - 1:30 am at the Grand Cascades Biosphere pool. We will supply two hours of open bar and warm pretzels, and you supply the cannon balls!

I tried to get your discount for my room but was told the block was sold out, what do I do?

Contact us! The resort will only allow us to add additional rooms to our hotel block once each room is reserved if they have availability.

What is a cocktail reception?

Answer

Rather than a traditional plated meal, guests are encouraged to mingle, explore the stations, and enjoy a variety of freshly prepared dishes throughout the evening. There will be ample seating available for dining and relaxing.
