Welcome to Panama!

Please promptly meet us at the end of the Amador Causeway next to El Palenque Cubano at 2:30pm. You will need a copy of your passport. We recommended having a printed copy with you at all times so you do not have to have your physical passport on you. Transportation is not provided to the yacht club but IS provided leaving. We will take a sunset cruise around Panama Bay for 3 hours. Upon our return at 7pm, we will have traditional Panama party buses take us to The Henter's house to continue the party. Please eat before arriving as we will have plenty of drinks flowing. There will be food at The Henter's but we will not plan on arriving until 8/830pm so please plan accordingly. There will be transportation from The Henter's back to the hotel so our guests can stay as little or as long as they'd like. The Night Before

5:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Cocktail but comfortable! Again, plan for light weight breathable clothing. Linen is a great option and airy/flowy dresses for the girlies.

This event will be at Lazotea in Casco Viejo and drinks/appetizers only. The bride and groom will be having a family dinner after cocktail hour. Please plan on eating dinner before or after the event and stay as long as you'd like in Casco! There's a wide variety of restaurants and bars to keep you busy all night! **Transportation will NOT be provided this evening

Wedding Ceremony and Reception

4:30 pm

Semi-formal tropical vibes. Ties are not necessary for men and jackets optional. No shorts! Ladies in midi/long flowy dresses. Bright colors are encouraged!! We would love to see our guests in their tropical best! Think White Lotus at the Four Seasons..

Please arrive 30 minutes early to be seated by 4:30pm. Ceremony starts at 5pm. Guests leaving from the Westin meet at the entrance by 3:45pm for the busses to take you to the venue. The ceremony will be outside in a shaded are but it will be warm until the sun goes down. Cocktail hour (apps/drinks) immediately following the ceremony followed by an indoor (air conditioning!!!) reception. **Transportation to and from wedding if staying at the Westin. Busses leave the Westin by 4pm at the latests. Busses will shuttle guests back to the hotel at 11, 12, and 1am. Uber/Lyft is available if you are staying elsewhere or would like to leave early.
