When is the RSVP deadline?
Answer
We ask that you kindly respond by Sunday, April 27th, to provide plenty of time for arranging final details. The RSVP response can be compeleted under the "RSVP" tab on our wedding website. This can be done online or on your cellphone. Please be sure to select your meal preference under the reception category. Thank you.

When should guests arrive for the ceremony?
Answer
Guests should try to arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
We ask that you please wear cocktail/semi-formal attire. For women, this may be a cocktail dress, jumpsuit, or pantsuit. For men, we ask that you please wear a suit or dress shirt and tie. Please, no jeans.

Will the ceremony and reception be inside or outside?
Answer
The ceremony will be outside, weather permitting. The reception will be indoors. There will also be an outdoor area at the reception that can be accessed during the entire reception. The ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and lodge are all at one location.

Can I bring a date?

Unfortunately, we cannot accomodate additional guests. Please refer to your invitation/RSVP online for the specific number of guests invited.

What color will the bridal party be wearing?
Answer
The bridesmaids will be wearing light blue and the groomsmen will be wearing midnight blue.

Is there lodging on site? Are the rooms blocked for guests?
Answer
Yes! The Lodge at Woodstone is connected to the grand ballroom where the reception is located. There are limited rooms available, so please try to be courteous when booking and try to ensure there are the maximum amount of people per sleeping room if possible. (Most rooms consist of 2 Queens beds and single King rooms are limited.) Please let the bride and groom know if you are interested in booking a room.

Is there another lodging option if the Woodstone Lodge is fully booked?
Answer
Yes. There are a few options within a 20 minute drive. North, closer to the turnpike (476), there is the Hampton Inn and Country Inn Suites by Radisson both located in Lehighton. South, in Bethlehem closer to the Lehigh Valley Airport, is Homewood Suites by Hilton, Days Hotel by Wydnham, and Holiday Inn Express and Suites. At this time, we are not booking block rooms or providing transportation to these lodging locations. We hope you understand and please be safe in your travels that night.

Will there be parking available at the venue?
Answer
Yes, guests can park in the main parking lot on site. The lot is shared with the lodge, country club, and golf course.

What are the meal options?
Answer
Meal option #1 is a sirloin steak. Meal option #2 is a bourbon glazed salmon. There will be a vegetarian option if requested. Please reach out to us if you have any specific allergy concerns that we need to know about.
