The Aquarium has it's own stop on the blue line, part of Boston's public transportation system. You may go outbound from Bowdoin or inbound from Wonderland to get there.

You may take any of the commuter rail lines into Boston. The New England Aquarium is a 13 minute walk from Boston's South Station and a 20 minute walk from Boston's North Station.
