Is there a dress code?

Our dress code is Garden Formal. This is a formal event, but it will take place outside in late June, so please dress for warm weather, sunshine, and outdoor terrain.

Please submit your RSVP by May 18th, 2026.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Complimentary valet parking is provided by the venue.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

If you are staying in our hotel block at the Ayres Hotel, a complimentary shuttle is provided. It will drop you off at the venue before the ceremony and bring you back to the hotel after the reception.

What is the closest airport to the venue?

Answer

The venue is five minutes away from the Ontario International Airport (ONT).

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! Your children are welcome and invited. Please be sure to list them when you RSVP. Children ages 3-10 will receive a kids meal. Children ages 2 and under who do not need a meal still need to be listed on the RSVP for seating purposes.
