What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 5PM. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the ceremony to get settled.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the event. We have professional photographers & videographers to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy!

What happens if it rains?

Answer

Our ceremony will move indoors to the Oak Room if weather does not permit an outdoor ceremony.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be valet parking available. Buses will also be provided for guests leaving from the Hyatt Regency at *4PM* to arrive at the venue around 4:30.
