Can I bring a plus one or invite someone who didn't receive an invitation?

Answer

We love celebrating with the people closest to us, and our venue has very limited space. For this reason, our wedding is strictly by invitation only. Only the guests listed on your invitation will be able to attend. Thank you for understanding!

We would love to have everyone RSVP by January 1, 2026.

Where should I stay?

Answer

The wedding and pre wedding events will take place on the Las Vegas strip. We ask everyone find hotel accommodations on or very close to the Vegas strip. Refer to 'Travel' tab for recommended hotels for this trip.

Where will the wedding take place?

Answer

The location of the wedding will be disclosed on the day of the wedding. Don't worry! Everyone will have accommodations for transportation to get to the location.

Friday, March 27: Travel Day for everyone. Be comfortable and casual Saturday, March 28: TBD Sunday, March 29th: Dressy Casual. Monday, March 30: Wedding Day! You can wear cocktail attire.

Will the ceremony or reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outside. The reception will follow immediately after at the same venue and will be both indoors and outdoors.

Will alcohol be served at the wedding?

Yep! Open bar. Come and celebrate with us.

Can I bring a wedding gift?

Answer

We ask you don't bring any physical wedding gifts because we will be traveling with a specific amount of luggage. However, if you would like to give us a gift, feel free to donate a monetary value via the Registry on zola.com.

Will there be any events held on Friday, March 27?

Answer

No, we are expecting guests to arrive this day. We want everyone to get settled in from traveling and prepare for the rest of the weekend and the big day!

Will there be any events on Saturday, March 28?

Answer

Yes, Nick and Amber will be hosting separate adults-only events in the evening. If you are traveling with a child and/or are not attending those events, you do not have to participate. Enjoy Vegas!

Will there be any events Sunday, March 29?

Answer

Yes. There will be a group event and engagement "dinner" later in the evening. Refer to the Schedule for updated event times

Are we allowed to film or take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

No. We ask our guests to respect our wishes in having this wedding ceremony be a photography/videography free zone. We have hired a photographer for the ceremony. We will allow them to do their jobs and we will share those photos with the guests at a later date.
