Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To help us with our planning, we ask that you kindly RSVP by November 22th, 2024. If we don't receive your RSVP by the date specified, we cannot make any exceptions and will have to mark you as 'no'. We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you can understand.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. Your invitation will be made out to "{Your Name} & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones, we really do! However, we respectfully request no little ones on this night. Invitations will be specifc and will include the names of the children who are invited. We hope you take this as an opportunity to enjoy a fun date night!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the official ceremony starts at 4:30 p.m to ensure you are able to comfortably arrive and be seated on time The doors will open at 4:00 p.m.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! We are requesting a Black-Tie Encouraged dress code! "Black-Tie Encouraged" means that guests have the option of wearing a tux, evening gown, formal suit, or cocktail dress — whatever makes you feel your best!

Are there any colors or styles you prefer me to wear?

Answer

Darker hues, such as black, navy, and charcoal, or deeper jewel tones, like emerald and burgundy, are preferred. We kindly ask everyone to refrain from wearing white, ivory, champagne, blush, nude, or cream color attire. This will be reserved for the bride and groom!

Is this venue indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, while the reception will mostly occur indoors. During cocktail hour, we will have a drinks and appetizers at outdoor patio bar. During the reception, guests will have the option to be indoors or outdoors. The entirety of the after party will be held outdoors.

Do I need to stay for the after-party?

Answer

We’d love to have you help us keep the party going! However, we also understand if you are unable to stay past the ceremony and/or reception. If you do decide to keep the good times rolling, we suggest you bring a comfortable pair of shoes and/or coat for your personal comfort!

What if I can't make it?

Answer

Your presence will surely be missed. Please RSVP "Will NOT Attend." If you have already RSVP'd attending, but find that you will not make it, please notify via text Amber (956) 530-5907 or Nick (956) 351-9360

Can I take photos and videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you do not have your phones or cameras out during the ceremony. Our photographer and videographer will be capturing the ceremony, and we don't want any phones in our photos!

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

We would appreciate if all photo and video were not shared until the day after the wedding. We hope everyone will be present and too busy enjoying the day to post anything!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, plenty! Our venue is on 12 acres so there should be no worries about finding parking space!
