Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our ceremony and celebration will take place outdoors, nestled in the beauty of the woods, including our open-air dance floor. As we gather in this special place, we are reminded of God's creation surrounding us and the gift of this day He has given. We kindly ask that you dress warmly and in your best "dressy casual" attire as we celebrate together. We cannot wait to share this day with you! Dinner and dessert will take place inside the lodge.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Complimentary on-site parking is available for all guests at Whitetail Lodge. Upon arrival, please follow any signage or attendants who will guide you to the designated parking areas in the lot below the venue. Please note that there is a hill from the parking lot up to the lodge and ceremony space. If you would prefer not to walk uphill, you are welcome to be dropped off at the top near the venue entrance. Your driver can then return to park the vehicle.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

As much as we would love to celebrate with everyone, we are limited on space. We kindly ask that only those guests listed on your invitation attend. Please refer to your addressed invite for who is included in your party. We truly appreciate your understanding!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones so much! Due to space limitations, we are only able to accommodate the children specifically listed on your invitation. Please refer to your addressed invite for those included. Thank you for your understanding.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! Your health and comfort are important to us. Please let us know of any allergies or dietary needs with your RSVP, and we will do our best to accommodate.
