Our story starts a long time ago. Two midwestern girls, states away, going about their business. They go to church and school. They make friends and lose some. One gets married. They both have kids. All the while, something is missing. Amber had finally made the move to Colorado, settled in with her kids and felt ready to get into the treacherous Denver dating scene. Molly, on the other hand, had been dating on the apps for years (eek), but only recently started dating women. Hinge. Yes. It all started on a dating app, people! Amber sent the first message asking if Molly's shirt really said "I cry at work" and Molly replied "It does, and I do!" We were saying I do at the very beginning! From the first date at Edgewater Public Market, to the first time holding hands at a craft fair weeks later, things progressed slowly. It wasn't until Molly returned from visiting her daughter, Miranda after the birth of her grandson, Louie, in TX that they had their first kiss in the pickup lane of DIA. SPARKS. SUCH SPARKS! Molly moved in with Amber, Kai and Ash about six months later (does that count as u-hauling?) and they haven't looked back since!
