Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress code is wedding casual. Think sundress/wedges & dress pants/button shirts. Portions of the location are gravel, so sturdy shoes are recommended. Mountain evenings can get chilly so bring a jacket!

Is there parking for the reception?

Answer

Street parking on the mountain is limited(doesn't exist). We will have enough parking to accommodate everyone's vehicles, but would like to coordinate with anyone who expects to leave early so their cars will be easily accessible. When arriving, follow the wedding direction signs. When approaching the location you'll see wedding parking signs- there will be someone there to help direct you to your parking. Let them know if your vehicle needs to be parked near the back. If you know you'll be leaving early to get back down the mountain, you can contact Amber (805)616-5182 or Marlon(909)240-0351 so parking can be arranged prior.

Any special travel considerations?

Answer

Driving up the mountain can be tricky if you're not used to it. Here's some tips. -Check Cal-Trans road closures for the 330, 38, and 18. It's not uncommon for these roads to experience closures. -The location is off the 38(road through Redlands), which tends to have less traffic than the 330(road through Highland).

What wheather should I be prepared for?

Answer

Big Bear is expecting a high of 68 during the day Saturday. UV tends to be high in the mountains so bring sunblock. The sun is expected to set at 7:30pm and temperature may drop to the mid 50's/60's.
