Question

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

We hope you can all make it to celebrate with us. Please RSVP by June 1st. If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "Will Not Attend" so we can plan accordingly. If we haven’t received your RSVP by June 1, unfortunately we are unable to accommodate additional guests due to venue and catering constraints. Thank you!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving at least 20 minutes prior to the official start of the ceremony at 4:00pm so you can settle in and find a seat before the proceedings. There is a short walk from the parking lot to the seating area.

Can I bring a guest or plus 1?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best semi-formal or cocktail attire. Please no jeans/denim and avoid shades of white. The ceremony will be outside and reception will be held inside, so please dress accordingly for July weather.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place outdoor at the Blue Vista Venue. Following the ceremony, guests will head to the inside area where the cocktail hour, dinner, and the reception will be held. There will be some optional outdoor activities for guests to enjoy during the cocktail hour and evening.

Will transportation be provided and can I leave my car overnight at the venue?

Answer

There is plenty of parking at the Blue Vista venue. Getting there is on your own- the address is 8399 Secrest Rd, Randolph, KS 66554. There will be transportation shuttles leaving the venue at 10:30pm and 11:45pm to go to the the Hilton Garden Hotel area. There is limited availability on these shuttles. Guests are allowed to leave their cars at the venue until 12:00pm the following day. Please plan your rides accordingly and be on your best behavior if taking the shuttle :)

Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you... get ready to party!!
