Please arrive at the venue NO later than 15 minutes before the ceremony. This will allow time for you to park and find your seat. If you arrive after the start of the ceremony, you will not be able to be seated and will have to wait until the start of cocktail hour to enter.
We respectfully request no children under 18 at our wedding. Although we love your little ones, this is an adult only affair. To give all our guests the opportunity to celebrate without having to worry about little eyes and ears, we politely request no children.
Semi-Formal/Cocktail Attire - Suits and tuxedos are optional, as are gowns. We do ask that you do not wear jeans or t-shirts to our special day. We’d love for you to dress your best to help us celebrate!
Yes! Please party accordingly and have a way to get home safely.
Yes! There is room for about 150 people to park their vehicles. There will be golf carts escorting people from the parking area to the ceremony. However, if you plan on drinking, please consider carpooling with an individual who will be sober at the end of the night. We want all of our guests to arrive and leave in a safe manner!
Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late. We will need to provide our vendors and the venue with exact numbers by a certain date. While I will send out reminders, please be sure to RSVP as soon as possible.
Due to very limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one, there will be a place to share who your plus one will be when you RSVP. If you don't, please respect our wishes as we're trying to keep our wedding as intimate as possible. Thank you so much for understanding!
The only request we make is to please put your phones away during the CEREMONY. We have hired an incredible photographer and videographer to capture our ceremony and would love for you to be present when we say "I do." However, please feel free to take photos throughout the evening otherwise!
The ceremony and reception will take place at the venue. The ceremony will be outside at the beautiful Oak tree and the reception will take place in the barn of the venue. Please be prepared to be outdoors for the 15 minute ceremony. Blankets will be provided. The ceremony will be moved indoors in case of inclement weather.
