Insurance: 

Transat sells their Flex Group insurance to a max of 30 clients only, and will be on a first come - first serve basis.  Everyone in the room will need to all purchase it or decline it.  
Transat insurance allows you to cancel 30 days before your trip and receive a full refund (except for the insurance portion) or you can make a change in the destination, the date, or the hotel. 
It is $99CA per person (the insurance portion is non refundable)
