Our dress code is Garden/Spring Formal. Think floral dresses, jumpsuits, suits in light or neutral tones, and polished accessories. Since the ceremony is outdoors, we recommend wearing comfortable shoes suitable for grass or uneven ground.
Please plan to arrive by 3:30PM to allow time for parking and finding your seat before the ceremony begins.
Our ceremony will be held outdoors, overlooking the beautiful landscape of Southwest Virginia. Please keep weather and terrain in mind when choosing your outfit.
Parking will be available at the venue after turning into the driveway. The parking lot will be located on the right-hand side and will be clearly marked with signs. Handicap parking will be available closer to the ceremony site for those who need it.
We love your little ones so much, but we kindly ask that this be a celebration just for the grown-ups. We hope this can be a special night out for you to relax, let loose, and celebrate with us. Thank you for understanding. Your support means the world to us.
There will not be any assigned sides for the ceremony. Sit wherever you feel most comfortable. We are all family here.
We are having an unplugged ceremony, which means we kindly ask that all phones and cameras be put away. We want everyone to be fully present with us in this moment. Don’t worry ! We will have professional photos to share afterward.
Southwest Virginia summers are usually warm and sunny, with cooler evenings. We recommend checking the forecast and bringing a light jacket or wrap just in case.
