Dress to impress in your best formal attire! Ladies please wear midi or floor-length dresses (please no yellow dresses). Gentlemen please wear a suit & tie. No jeans or khaki pants please!
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guest formally invited on your wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding and please reach out with any questions!
Invitations will be specific and will include the names of children who are invited. However, we encourage you to use this evening as a "night out" for yourself!
We ask that you kindly RSVP by Saturday, April 5th. Guest can RSVP by using our QR code or clicking on the RSVP tab in the menu above!

Our venue has free on-site parking for use by all guest during the event. The parking lot has stairs that will lead you to the front of the venue. If you need any assistance, please let us know. The Heyward Manor team can provide a ride on their golf cart and would be happy to come assist you!
While we love to have a fun time with a cocktail or two, please DO NOT bring any alcohol to the venue. (This includes mini bottles, flasks, liquor, beer, wine, etc.) Heyward Manor has a VERY strict policy against outside alcohol being brought onto/into the venue. Bringing outside alcohol poses a risk of our event being shut down. We will provide alcohol for all guest that will be served during our Cocktail hour and continue into the Reception.
Please no vaping in or outside of the venue. Heyward Manor has a VERY strict policy against smoking & vaping. If you need a smoke break, the venue allows smoking inside your vehicle.
