Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

No later than October 1, 2025 - so we can get a head count and pay our vendors accordingly

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are asking for anyone who wishes to give a gift, to donate to our honeymoon fund. Which can be found on our website.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony STARTS at 4:30, so you should arrive early to get seated. Our venue is indoors and therefore we wouldn't want anyone who was late to be walking in the door and interrupting the ceremony.

Is there a dress code?

The attire should be semi formal/cocktail

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to size limitations at our venue, we ask that only the individuals who are addressed on the envelope of your invitation to attend the event. If you were allotted a guest/plus one, it will be notated on your invitation envelope.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your littles, we ask that only the individuals on the wedding invitation envelope attend the event. The food vendor price is per person (regardless of age) and the event itself will be geared more toward adults. At this time the only children attending are immediate family who are in the wedding party.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! See the Travel portion of our website for hotels nearby (in case you don't want to drive all the way home after the reception)

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

The dinner service is buffet style and there will be various options to choose from to ensure everyone has something they can enjoy.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

You can park anywhere along the street in the downtown area as well as the parking lot next to the event space and the parking lot located at the intersection of E Main street and S Lombard street (across from Mannings restaurant)

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No. We suggest that you book an uber ahead of time for your arrival and departure.

Will there be an open bar during the reception?

Answer

We have paid the venue for Beer & Wine for our guests who are 21+. Cocktails will be cash bar and as always... don't forget to tip the bartender.

What food will be offered during the reception?

Answer

During the cocktail hour portion of the event we will have the following hors d'oeuvres: - Bruschetta - BBQ Pulled Pork Sliders Dinner during the reception will offer the following: - Salad (served) Spring Mix (Baby Greens, Fresh Garden Vegetables) and 2 Dressings to Choose From (House Made Ranch or Italian) - Buffet style (served) - Rosemary Roasted Chicken - Eggplant Parmigiana - Baked Ziti - Sauteed String Beans & Red Roasted Potatoes Drinks (non-alcoholic) - Sweet/Unsweet Tea - Lemonade - Water Beer/Wine is open to our guests from the bar. Cocktails can be purchased at the bar. Cake will be served after dinner (Choose from vanilla cake or chocolate cake - both will have vanilla icing)
