The Union Butcher Shop & Wood-fired Grill by Old Salt Co-op
Nominated for a James Beard Award. They serve a delicious brunch on the weekends and an even more delicious dinner daily. They are a co-op with 5 ranches in western, MT. Same owners as the Old Salt Post!
Copperline Smashburger!
These are the burgers being served at the reception. If you can't get enough of them, make sure to try their cake shake! The owner of Copperline also owns the catering company who is providing the sides at the reception!
The Hopper Kitchen & Market
Locally sourced and made from scratch food. Located on the walking mall, this is an order at the counter and seat yourself restaurant. They usually have a variety of healthier choices. As a bonus activity eat at the hopper and grab a beer at Ten Mile!
Old Salt Outpost
There is a limited menu, but it is a smashburger done right! Locally raised meat from a co-op of ranches in Western, MT. It's located inside the Gold Bar, but children are allowed in the dining area. There is also outdoor seating available.
Benny's Bistro
Amber's personal favorite. Delicious farm to table!
Bullman’s
Yum! Wood fired pizza at its finest. There is limited seating inside and can get busy. It's also a good takeout option!
Big Dipper Ice Cream
We love to grab a homemade waffle cone and stroll down the walking mall.
Parrot Confectionery
This is where our engagement pictures were taken! Fun old fashioned candy store. Gunner personally loves to drink a Coca-Cola phosphate at the counter.
Lewis & Clark Tap Room
One of the largest breweries in the state. They are catering the beer and wine for the wedding. They have outdoor seating, a small arcade, and they often have live music!
Ten Mile Creek Brewery
Our favorite brewery! They have seating on the walking mall, sometimes live music outdoors, and is right next to a wine bottle shop and tasting room.
Blackfoot River Brewing Co
Joan loves the popcorn! An intimate setting with a fun balcony to sit on.
Brothers Tapworks
Fun taphouse with rotating beers from across the state. There is seating on the walking mall or a patio in the back. It's owned by former governor Steve Bullock.
Mount Ascension Brewery and Gastropub
The beer is mediocre. The food is decent. The balcony views are the main attraction!

Saturday morning! 9:00am -1:00pm. Very fun and busy. Should only be a short walk from those of you staying at the downtown Hilton!
Wild Child Collective
Fun local gift shop. We've probably bought each and every one of you at least one gift from Wild Child. There is a nice selection of unique baby clothes and items!
Flying Giant Trampoline and Adventure Park
We've never been to the trampoline park, but we have enjoyed the batting cages here!
Last Chance Helena Trolley Tour
A fun family friendly tour to learn more about the history of Helena. There are some pretty mansions to view along the way! Reserve tickets ahead of time!
Gates of the Mountains Boat Tours
Reserve tickets ahead of time! It's a little bit of a drive out to the site but definitely worth it!
The Gold Bar and Western Bar
Our personal recommendation if you want a bar setting. They are attached to the Old Salt Post (co-op burgers) and often play the sports balls on the TVs.
Miller's Crossing
Don't eat the food but it's a fun spot for billiards!
