What is parking like the day of the wedding?

Answer

Downtown Albany has many free public parking lots, and we have a large one right across the street, as well as 2 large lots less than a block away. Albany also has no metered parking, so guests can easily park on the street as well.

Does the venue have air conditioning?

Answer

Yes, and it’s one of the features that make summer weddings wonderful here! It’s cool and comfortable throughout the main room, and the dressing rooms have separate controls to get just the temperature you want.

Is the venue handicap accessible?

Answer

Yes! It is fully handicapped accessible, with an elevator that we can use for guest access as well as equipment loading and unloading. The restrooms are upgraded with grab bars and wheelchair access as well.

What is the appropriate attire for the occasion?

Answer

We want our guests to feel comfortable, while also looking their best! So, the attire for the day is business casual. Some nice dress pants or slacks with a button up or blouse, dress, skirts, blazers, are all viable options for the day!

Is the day child friendly?

Answer

Yes! we encourage all our loved ones to be there with us. However, we do ask that you do your best to help your children be on their best behavior.

What meal options are there? Will they be gluten free and vegetarian options?

Answer

We're doing Panda Express!! Don't worry, we will have options available for people with sensitivities, allergies, or other dietary restrictions. The vegetarian options will also be gluten free options, so hopefully everyone is able to find something to keep them full and happy!
