On November 22, 2022 Dawson made the decision to add Amber on Snapchat. Little did they know that conversation between the two of them would be effortless that they talked for hours on end. Dawson realized that Amber was someone that he wanted to know everything about, so the very next day he asked Amber to come to a bonfire with him and his friends. Amber knew this guy was worth the hour drive and dragging a friend along on her crazy adventure just to meet Dawson. The night was a hit and the two continued to talk and grow closer. The day after Thanksgiving Amber was in Lake Charles for a baby shower and let Dawson know. Dawson went and picked Amber up so that they could hang out together to get to know each other one-on-one. Time passes and on December 8th, 2022 they decided to risk it all and not only start dating, but also move in together. Like any relationship there were ups and downs, but above all they were learning experiences. Through it all it has led them to this moment right here... Their forever. Life hasn't always been perfect, but they knew they belonged together and to be able to stand in front of you all and pledge their love for one another.
