Option 1: Call the hotel directly at 330-733-2900 & ask for the " Holahan Czekaj Wedding" Block Rate. Option 2: Go to Hilton Garden Inn Website then find Akron Ohio location. Select your dates that you would like to stay. Select Special Rates. Go to Special Code and type in Hola. You will see all the Hilton Garden Inn locations with their rate. Your group rate should come up as 119. Then you can finish the process of making that reservation. Note: This will only work if it is for the selected dates in the contract and is based on room availability. Option 3: Press "View" and it will take you to the website where you can book reservations. Click on the dates to change them to what dates fit best for you. Please call the front desk (330 733 2900) if you need assistance making reservations. Discounted rate: $119.00 Must book by September 12, 2023 There is a shuttle service that is available for your convenience. Shuttles to the venue from the hotel are 5:30 PM and 5:45 PM. Shuttles from the venue to the hotel are 10:30 PM and 11 PM.
