What is the dress code?

Answer

We invite our guests to dress in formal to semi-formal attire for our fall celebration. Think polished, refined looks that are wedding appropriate. For ladies, cocktail, midi, or floor length dresses are perfect, along with dressy jumpsuits or elegant separates. For the men, tailored attire including suits or dress slacks with a blazer or sports coat. Ties optional but recommended. Seasonal colors and layers are welcome! Ceremony will take place outdoors so please dress accordingly. Please no casual attire including jeans, t-shirts, or sneakers as we want our guests to look their best!

Can I bring a guest/ date?

We unfortunately can't accommodate additional guests. If you received a plus one, it will be specifically indicated on your invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP.

Are kids invited?

Please note that our wedding celebration will be an ADULTS-ONLY evening. We thank you for understanding and look forward to an evening of fun, dancing, and memories!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Ceremony will take place at 4pm so we kindly ask guests to arrive no later than 3:30pm. There is parking available at the venue.

Will there be transportation to and from the venue?

Answer

Transportation will be provided from the hotel (Courtyard by Marriott) to the venue prior to the ceremony, with return transportation available following the reception. Transportation times will be posted closer to the date.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception be at the same location?

Answer

Yes, all of these will take place at the wedding venue, Oakhaven. Ceremony will take place under the signature oak tree, cocktail hour will be on the patio, and the reception will be in the grand dutch barn.
