When should I RSVP by?

Sometime in July would be helpful as we finalize our plans.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We are staying at Hotel Sorrento, which is in the First Hill neighborhood if you are looking to stay closer to us. We have blocked off 10 rooms (mix of king and queen, first come first serve) at a rate of $309 nightly with a 15% discount. Call and say you’re with the Cox party! If you are hoping to stay closer to the festivities, they are taking place in South Lake Union area; Queen Anne area is also close by. Other fun areas include Capitol Hill (the party neighborhood), downtown (closer to Pike Place Market) or Belltown (in between South Lake Union and downtown.) Fremont, Ballard, and Wallingford areas are a bit further north and more residential, but super cute, too!

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

We are planning to do a brunch on Sunday with those still in town. More to come when we have a better idea of everyone's travel plans!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The boat is open for boarding at 5:30 and will set sail at 6:00 sharp. Please arrive on time so that we can have everyone aboard for the celebration!

Is there parking?

Answer

There is parking available at Lake Union Piers. That being said, we encourage those of you who plan to imbibe to ride share or Uber to keep everyone safe.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

If you have an allergy, please let us know as soon as possible as dinner will be buffet style.
