Where is the ceremony?
Answer
The entire day will be at Whatton House in Loughborough; an English Country Garden in the Heart of Leicestershire. As soon as we stepped out of the car on a winter day in 2024, we knew this was the venue for us and we are absolutely in love with it. Just as an FYI - this venue is predominantly outdoors. You may wish to bring an umbrella or light jacket for the ceremony as we know what typical British weather is like!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Feel free to join any time after midday but please arrive by 12:30 pm latest for a 1 pm ceremony (the bar will be open!)

Do I have to bring a gift?
Answer
Having you with us on our special day is the best gift we could ask for, but if you wish to give a gift, a small contribution to our honeymoon fund would be very much appreciated.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
We want all of our friends and family to wear whatever they feel the most confident in, but if you did have something bright, vibrant or floral in your wardrobe, we would be thrilled to see it!

If you know us, you know we are massive foodies... even on our wedding day! So we're having a BBQ. 20 hour Smoked Pulled Pork, Texan Brisket, Smoked BBQ Ribs, Smoked Turkey in Bacon, Authentic American Potato Salad, Mixed Salad, BBQ Beans, Minty New Potatoes, Bread Buns Veggie/Vegan Option Smoked pepper filled with veggie stuffing with a kick of lemon, Burger, Sausages Evening food Wood fired pizzas with a range of toppings for you to select from, served in traditional takeaway pizza boxes.
