Can I take photos during the ceremony and reception?

Answer

We want to see all the candids, so please take as many photos as you like and use our photobooth to capture our special day!

Will we have alcoholic beverages?

Answer

Our reception will have a limited number of our signature cocktail passed during cocktail hour and a cash bar throughout the reception for you to select your drink of choice.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm and doors will close at 4:15pm. We kindly ask that our guests please allow time for parking and taking the elevator to the lower level for ceremony seating.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Parking is available on site for the weekend at the Proximity hotel. The ceremony and reception will both be held at the Proximity so no need to worry about travel or moving your vehicle.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks. The only restriction on color is please refrain from wearing majority white attire.
