Ceremony

4:30 pm - 5:00 pm

Wear what makes you feel good!

Event will take place in the woods on a bed of wood chips, so make sure to wear appropriate shoes. Heels or open-toed will be risky. Average weather in early September is usually between 55-75 degrees with a possibility of rain.

Cocktail hour

5:00 pm - 6:00 pm

There will be beer, wine, gin and tonics, and vodka sodas with lime served at the venue. You are welcome to bring your own drinks as well. There will be a lovely charcuterie board prepared by Amber to munch on while you are serenaded by the bride and groom's favorite music. We will also take this time to move chairs from the ceremony to the dinner tables. Please bring a little cash for the bartenders!

Reception

6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

As the sun goes down and the lights go up, we will continue the festivities into a delicious dinner prepared by both families. BBQ pork and chicken with a plethora of fixings and sides to lay the caloric groundwork for laughing and dancing. Feasting, speeches, and toasts to celebrate the evening.

After Party

Dancing shoes required, there will be a dancefloor to provide firm ground for lift off

Though we love your little ones, after party will be for adults only. Bryce and Josh will take their rightful positions behind the DJ decks to take us on Alec and Amber's musical journey.

Shuttle evening pick up

9:15 pm - 10:30 pm

School bus will take you back to the Bigfork High School to your car. Otherwise, you might be walking!
