This option is also All-Inclusive plan. (The room rate is $469/night for two adults - Junior Suite Ocean View. Please call Amber or Aaron if you are having issues with the rates) The deadline to book is August 1st 2025. Once our room block fills we are out of rooms, please do not wait last minute to book. Booking a room by June 1st 2025 would be appreciated! Booking early allows the resort to give us more rooms if needed. To reserve your reservation, Pueblo Bonito will request a major credit card and will post one night of your stay at the time of booking. The resort will sell out of rooms quickly as there are other weddings the same weekend. The only rooms available are those in our wedding block, which will close August 1st 2025 (unsure of room availability and pricing after). As a reminder, the Resort is a gated property. Without staying at the Resort, you will not be allowed on the premises for the wedding. Formal wedding invitations will be sent, but please feel free to book your room ahead of time. Airport Transportation
If you are traveling with a group, feel free to book transportation together. The best options for transportation is provided at the link below listed "VIEW" (Cabo Sea Transportation). The shuttle option is not private transportation - it makes a few stops at other resorts along the way, but is the most affordable option. Please pay attention to the times with this service. We would recommend booking private transportation instead of the shuttle. Please make sure you write in the comments : “Imperial / Scales Wedding" IMPORTANT: Once you get through customs at SJD airport, there will be a ton of people inside saying they know where your ride is. They sell timeshares and will trick you into a presentation. Please IGNORE them and go directly outside to find your transportation.

Cancellation Policy
- If cancellation is received 21 days or before your arrival date, the initial deposit will be refunded. - Cancellation made from 20 days to 0 days prior to your arrival will be charged 1 night. - If you failed to arrive on the confirmed date (no show) full stay will be charged. - Late arrivals and early departures will be charged for your confirmed stay. Should you purchase a room + flight package, Pueblo Bonito is NOT responsible for the airline policies. Please note you may be required to pay in full when using this option to reserve.
