Currently, there are no restrictions by the state of Oklahoma for Covid-19. As such, our celebrations are still as scheduled. If you would like to wear a mask, please do so. Please make an effort to sanitize your hands extra. If you are feeling unwell or have tested positive for Covid, we ask that you celebrate from afar for the health and safety of other guests. If you have any questions, please reach out. This portion of the FAQs will be updated as the situation continues.
Absolutely! The more the merrier. Our venue features a large lawn with plenty of space to run and play. We'll also have some kids activities to keep them having just as much fun as the adults.
Marlow is a cute little town approximately 65 miles south of the Will Rogers Airport in OKC. It is roughly 40 minutes from Lawton, OK if you would like to stay closer to the venue. Close lodging is also available 20 minutes away in Duncan, OK.
We'd love to see you dressed up, but ultimately comfortable. We are encouraging a "business casual" type attire (i.e. slacks and polo/button up for men, dress or dressy separates for women). If you want to wear something more formal though, go for it! If you're itching to break out your best clothing, be our guest! We just want you to feel comfortable. Our venue will be indoor/outdoor and there will be grass to walk across to get to the ceremony area.
Early October in Oklahoma can vary. It should still be plenty warm in the afternoon (70s-80s), but may dip down cooler in the evening (50s-60s). We will have an outdoor ceremony assuming there is no rain, followed by an indoor dinner and an indoor/outdoor reception.
That's not a question, but so would the bride! There is a big lake (Clear Creek Lake) close to the venue where you can camp in a tent or RV if you decide a hotel isn't your thing. The stars should be great!
