We met through a mutual friend in college. Over the summer break, Maddy saw Amber post a rock climbing photo from Smith Rock State Park (right near our wedding venue!) and suggested we go climbing together when we got back to school. At the time, Maddy wanted to climb but didn’t have a way to get there. Amber had a car, so we started going together. What began as a practical arrangement quickly turned into something more ❤️
