FAQs

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Please dress in semi-formal/cocktail attire.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive at 4:15pm to allow plenty of time for parking, mingling, and getting settled at the ceremony site.

Question

What is the parking situation?

Answer

There will be plenty of parking onsite. The parking lot is within walking distance to the ceremony site.

Question

Is the venue handicap accessible?

Answer

Yes, accessibility is very important to us! Golf carts will be available upon request for transportation to and from parking, ceremony, and reception areas.

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting the ceremony and cocktails hour will be held outdoors. Dinner will be served inside and dancing will be under a large outdoor tent. Don’t worry, if it’s chilly, the outdoor fire pits will be there to keep us all warm!

Question

Are children allowed?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, our wedding is exclusively for adults, with the exception of those who are part of our wedding party.

Question

What will we eat?

Answer

Hors d’oeuvres will be provided during cocktail hour. Dinner will be served buffet-style with a chicken, fish, and vegetarian entrée option available. There will also be salad and vegetable sides during dinner. If there are any dietary restrictions please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate.

Question

When Should I RSVP By?

Answer

To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the events as soon as possible. However, the deadline is August 18, 2025. If we don't receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as 'no.' We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you can understand!

Question

Can I Bring a Plus One?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you received a plus one, it will be addressed on your invitation and RSVP QR code. We kindly ask that only the named people in the invitation are in attendance. Thank you for your understanding!

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony as we want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer and videographer capturing the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like!
