When should I RSVP by?

April 25th, We need to give a lot of our vendors final numbers, so please let us know if you will be able to join us.

What should I wear to the wedding?

Answer

We want a bold, colorful, and fun wedding. We would love it if you dressed the same way! Because that might be a vague instruction, we put together a Pinterest board of outfits that we think "fit the bill" perfectly. Above all, we want you to feel comfortable and happy and enjoy our day with us, so please don't feel like you have to break the bank to fit our theme! Inspo board: https://pin.it/TLJE8loLP

Why Iowa?

Answer

Although we would have loved to have our wedding in Puerto Rico or Dallas, we wanted to be involved in the wedding process in a way that required us to stay local. We have also truly found a community of amazing folks in Iowa and would love for our friends and family who are not local to be able to meet our Iowa village!

Will there be a space for cards and well wishes at the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We will have a space at the ceremony and reception for folks to leave cards, well wishes and any other items they would want us to take home. Ambar is an avid collector of every birthday, Christmas and thank you card she ever gotten so please feel free to just leave a nice message there for us.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes, we have a registry here on Zola as well as a few other websites that are linked at the end on the registry page. We will also have an area for cards and gifts at the wedding.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is free parking at both venues. For Reiman Gardens you can park in the lot in front of the building. At Sweet Caroline’s the city of Ames offers free parking behind main street (Lot Z, 328 Kellogg Ave, Ames IA). If you plan on drinking during the reception please consider a designated driver or using a ride share like Uber.
