We met in PT school June of 2017 at Stony Brook University. We started out as friends who eventually turned lab partners. We soon found ourselves flirting between lectures, constant texting, snapchatting and endless talking at parties. Our first date will always be up for debate. On December 27, 2017, we had our first "hangout" at the Bay Shore Bean for coffee and tea. We talked for hours, so long so that the cafe closed and we never ordered any food. Jason survived a 2 hour drive home back to Staten Island absolutely starving. We went out many times after that, but of course, Jason always wanted me to know, "this isn't a date." I thought he hated me. He thought our little outings weren't special enough to consider them a date. Eventually on September 21, 2018, he made it official. We survived PT school together, graduated, passed the boards and eventually decided to pursue Travel PT for "one year". In 2022, we took a leap of faith, quitting full time jobs and driving across the country. We packed up our cars and headed to Turlock, California. That trip marked the beginning of many adventures across the country. Three years later we decided to go international, we traveled to Greece! Jason planned to propose our first night in Santorini but jet lag had other plans. Wanting the moment to be perfect, he waited until the next morning. He popped the question on our ocean-facing balcony. It was quiet, intimate and exactly right. We celebrated the only way we knew how - with a five mile hike! Come October 10, 2026. We are so excited to continue to build a life full of love, adventure, laughter, shared dreams and growth. We are so thankful and excited to share our next chapter with the people we love the most. We wouldn't be here if it weren't for our friends and family!
