When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive to the beach site around 3:15 to ensure we can start by 3:30.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

For the ceremony we ask that you utilize the public street parking found near 2316 Beach Drive, Seaside, OR, 97138. For the dinner that follows, there is a small parking lot outside of McMenamins Sand Trap. For more information, please view the "Schedule" tab of this site.

Can I bring a date?

To keep our celebration intimate, we are unable to accommodate additional guests beyond those who are named on the invitation. Thank you for understanding, we are so grateful that you will be there with us!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We have a hotel block at McMenamins Gearhart Hotel. We will be hosting our reception dinner at their neighboring restaurant. If you are interested in staying here, please mention code "2606SANDER" while booking. Reservations can be made using this code until May 18th, 2026. Please note this this hotel block is only reserved for June 18th-19th.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Following our ceremony, we would love to take updated family and friends photos so please stay nearby! To help our photos look cohesive, we ask that you stick to earth tones (blues, sage green, and tans) and follow guidelines for beach cocktail attire. Dress in a way that makes you feel your best and is practical for the beach-- basically, just don't show up in jeans, cargo shorts, or hawaiian shirts or Amaya will cry.
