We recommend booking your trip for October 8–12, 2026 to enjoy the full wedding weekend with us! We’ll share details on hotel check-in, group transportation, and event timing closer to the date. Be sure to include your flight info when you RSVP. We’re so excited to celebrate with you in beautiful El Salvador! If you’re arriving on October 8 and departing on October 11 or 12, we’ll be providing transportation to the hotel. Guests traveling outside these dates may arrange their own transport through the hotel or another service.
Hotel
Our wedding room block is available directly through Cardedeu. Please review the details below before reserving. Accessibility Note Some Lakefront rooms require using outdoor cobbled stairs. If accessibility or mobility comfort is important, please select another room type. The hotel also offers easier-access, flat-entry rooms so please request that when specifying room type to be matched to the best room for your needs. Room Types & Rates (Per Night): Rates include 13% VAT, 5% tourism contribution, and breakfast, and are guaranteed until March 6: • Lake View King Deluxe — $188.80 • Container Room (Lake View) — $177.00 • Mountain View King Bed — $165.20 • Lakefront Quad (Two Queen Beds) — $259.60 • Lakefront Triple (King/Twin) — $213.58 Rates are per room, per night, and subject to availability. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is paid by July 1. Note About the Process: We apologize for the unconventional and slightly inconvenient booking method. Rest assured, this is the hotel’s standard system and everything is fully legitimate. The benefit is that you’ll be communicating with a real person, so you can ask which room is the best fit for you including questions about accessibility and comfort. House Or Rental
Prefer your own space? There are also several Airbnbs and vacation rentals near Lago de Coatepeque or other hotels, many of which are just minutes from the venue. These are great for families or small groups looking to stay together. If you plan to book an Airbnb, we recommend: Booking early (the area is popular in October) Staying close to the Lago de Coatepeque / Cardedeu area for convenience
Rental Car
For guests who prefer to rent a car, options are available at the airport or through reputable local providers. Prebooking is highly recommended. If you’ll be driving at any point, we highly recommend using Waze for the most reliable directions and real-time traffic guidance.
