Tropicana Casino & Resort Atlantic City

We have reserved a block of rooms at the Tropicana Casino & Resort in Atlantic City at a special rate of $195.00 for Saturday night and $159.00 for Friday night. You may reserve a room by calling (800) 247-8767 and referencing the group code "HTWW". Rooms must be booked by March 8, 2019 to secure this rate. Please be advised of the following from the hotel: The block is located in the newly renovated Havana Tower. If guests book outside the block, meaning they get a cheaper rate (which may be the case in the West Tower), that’s where their room will be. West Tower is where we put the younger crowd on the weekends. A lot of late night yelling, laughing, music, smoking, etc. and will not be pleasant for your guests.

Parking

1. Playground Lot: When you get to the end of the AC expressway, go straight through 4 lights, and proceed directly to Boardwalk & Missouri Avenue, the Playground parking lot is on the right. The approximate address of this lot is 122 S. Missouri Avenue, Atlantic City NJ. Proceed on to the Boardwalk at the end of Missouri Avenue, you will see the Playground Pier directly to your left. 2. Caesars Self Parking Garage: 27 South Missouri Ave, Atlantic City, NJ 08401. Please allow for extra time as the garage is about a 15 minute walk through the casino to One Atlantic. 3. Caesars Valet Parking - Same as above but look for valet parking signage If you park at Caesars, either the garage or valet, you are able to walk to the venue completely indoors. Just follow signage to the Playground.

Transportation will be provided to and from One Atlantic from the Tropicana. The trolley will begin departing from the Tropicana at 5:00pm and will return to the Tropicana following the reception. Please be prompt. The trolley is unable to wait at the loading point for long periods of time

Playground Pier Tram

A complimentary tram is available on the boardwalk outside of The Playground Pier Shops, to bring guests to the rear entrance of the pier, where One Atlantic is located. From Caesars, please descend to the boardwalk via the escalator in Caesars, just prior to entering The Playground Pier Shops, to access a tram car. If you are arriving via a walk along the boardwalk, the tram will be waiting outside of The Playground Pier Shops on the boardwalk beginning 30 minutes prior to the event start time. The tram runs a continuous loop for one hour. Once the tram arrives at the back doors, please take the elevator or escalator up to the 3rd Level for Guest Check In.

To all our invited guests: For guests not staying at the Tropicana, we ask that you arrive to The Playground Pier 30 minutes prior to the start time. Extra time is required to arrive at One Atlantic which is located on the 4th floor of The Playground Pier. Once inside the Playground Pier (Pier Shops), proceed to the 3rd level and follow the windowed walkway along the restaurants to the very end of the pier, where the escalator to One Atlantic is located. Guest check in will take place at the 3rd floor escalator overlooking the atrium balcony. If needed, a glass elevator is located midway through the Pier and can be accessed from all levels. The glass elevator brings you to the 3rd level where you can continue toward the end of the pier and guest check-in. Should you arrive prior to our event, The Playground Pier offers a breathtaking view while you wait!
