Question

What are the date, time, and location of the wedding and reception?

Answer

The wedding will be Saturday, July 26, 2025 at 3:00pm. The location for both the wedding and reception is the Iron Mike Conference Center on Fort Liberty Army Base.

What if I don’t have military base access?

Answer

Please use this website to receive a visitors pass no later then July 1, 2025. This will grant you access for one month. If you do not receive a text message stating so please be sure to try again or call the Access Check Point. If unable to get ahold of the Access Check Point please come into town a little early so you can go by the actual access point to get a pass. If you do not have access you will not get through the check point. https://pass.aie.army.mil/steps/branch_selection

Are there any restricted items I should know about?

Answer

Yes, certain items are prohibited on military bases. These include weapons of any kind (including pocket knives), illegal drugs, recreational drugs (including marijuana, even if legal in your state), and any flammable or hazardous materials. Additionally, drones and other aerial devices are not permitted.

Can I bring alcohol onto the base?

Answer

No, guests are not allowed to bring alcohol onto the base. However, alcohol will be available at the reception.

Please be sure to RSVP by March 1, 2025 to ensure your place at the event. Kindly note that if we do not receive your RSVP by this date, you will not receive a formal invitation.

The attire for the event is semi-formal, and we kindly ask that no one wears white. This request is made to honor the preferences of the bride. The wedding colors are emerald/sage green, champagne and gold.
