Wedding Day Trolleys
November 8, 2025 4:15 pm - 10:30 pm
Trolley's will be shuttling guests from the hotel to the venue starting at 4:20pm. The second and final trolley will depart at 4:40pm. If you do not wish to take the trolley, please make other arrangements to arrive to the venue prior to 5:00pm as it is a prompt start time. Starting at 10:00pm, the trolleys will then be available to bring guests back to the hotel or to downtown Sarasota to continue the celebration.

We have a block under Amaru/Vitti Wedding from Friday November 7th - Sunday November 9th. If you wish to arrive earlier or depart later, the block rate extends for two days before and after. Please use the link below to book your stay. There will be trolleys for transportation to and from the venue.
